Due to the stressful environment we all live in, sleep and falling asleep have become a real problem. There are several apps for your mobile phones to generate white or pink noise to help you fall asleap or to reduce distractions and focus on work, but, of course, not for everyone.
The android app called Lightning Bug is also a white noise generator, but takes that principle a step further. It creates an audio and video landscape designed to help you relax and fall asleep.
The application features a night time clock, sleep timer and alarm. You can choose from many scenes with multiple sound effects, including a calming rain and lightning storm designed to help you sleep better.
