Few days ago, we have heard that Google is experimenting a turbo browsing feature in Chrome for Android. Now this feature is available in the latest beta version of Chrome. This data compression technology will reduce bandwidth usage considerably (over 60%), so it can deliver a faster web browsing on Android devices.
Chrome for Android will get a Turbo Mode in the near future, which will reduce data consumption and deliver a faster browsing. It is similar to Opera’s Turbo Mode or Amazon Silk Browser and in this mode, Chrome loads optimized webpages (compressed pages) via Google’s servers, so Chrome can render webpages at lightning speed.
