OnePlus has released OxygenOS 4.5.0 update for OnePlus 3/3T with several new features, bug fixes, system stability and battery improvements. The OOS 4.5.0 is still based on Android 7.1.1 and the incremental OTA update starts rolling out. OnePlus 3/3T runs on the previous stable build will get the update in the coming days. Other users can download and install the update manually.

OxygenOS 4.5.0 update will bring several new features to OnePlus 3/3T. Lift up display, scheduled night mode, redesigned Dash charge animation, OnePlus Slate font, redesigned calling UI, secure box for file manager, etc. are some of the new features. Below is full change log of the update.

How to Get and Install OxygenOS 4.5.0 Update

If you have not got the OTA update, check it manually by going to Settings > System Updates > Check for OTA updates.

If update found, download and install right away. As the OTA update is rolling out in phases it will take few days to get on all devices.

To get the OxygenOS 4.5.0 OTA update early, you can use Opera VPN app (install from Play store) to download the OTA update. In Opera VPN, change the location to Germany or Canada and check for OTA update. (Source – OnePlus)
