Control Center is a new feature Apple brought to iOS7 that allows people to more quickly access core settings of device, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, brightness, Airplane mode and many other settings and features by just swiping up from the bottom of any screen including the Lock screen. The same feature can also be implemented on Android.

Although Android has a similar feature to access core settings, iOS7 Control Center has a fresh look and brings more features than the notification bar of Android. Two applications are available at Play Store to implement this feature on Android phone running Android 2.2 and later.

Easy Controller-Control Center: A free app that can bring IOS7 like Control Center feature to Android. You can open the “control center” from any screen, so you can easily change phone setting, play/stop music, start app and so on.

With this app you can toggle Airplane mode, WIFI, Mobile data(2G/3G), Bluetooth, GPS, and access settings and features such as Screen timeout, Screen rotation, Ringer mode, Auto sync Screen brightness setting, Media button(Play/Stop, Next, Previous)., Media volume, Flashlight and more.

Control Center: It is also bring iOS7 Control Center feature to Android (Android 2.2 and above) and contain commonly used switches of Android system and all installed apps, you could quickly toggle your switch and open your favorite apps.

Note that, following a copyright claim by Apple, Google pulled this app from Play Store, however, now this app back on Play Store, but still has the style and functionality of iOS 7 Control Center.
