Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (N920G) owners in India can now enjoy Android 7.0 Nougat and Samsung’s new Experience UX. Samsung starts rolling out the Android 7.0 OTA update (build number N920GDDU3CQC7) for Galaxy Note 5 SM-N920G and users will get the update in the coming days. If cannot update your Note 5 via OTA or prefer manual installation, then full firmware is now available for download that you can flash via ODIN.
Not only in India, Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920G) Android 7.0 Nougat updated is also now available in other Asian countries, such as Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal. The Android 7.0 Nougat for Galaxy Note 5 (build N920GDDU3CQC7) update includes Samsung’s new Experience UI with enhanced usability, various new features like enhanced multi-window mode, better battery optimization, bundled notification, latest Android security patches (patch level March 2017), performance and stability improvements.
If you have not received the OTA notification for Android 7.0 Nougat on your device, check it by going to Settings > About Phone > System update. If update found just download and install it. Do remember that this is the safest method to update your device to new version of Android.
