The update is for Indian region (INS) and comes with firmware version G610FDDU1BQH9. Android 7.0 Nougat update (G610FDDU1BQH9) for Galaxy J7 Prime SM-G610F brings Samsung’s new Experience UI 8.1, alongside improved notifications and quick settings as well as Dual Messenger and improved multi-window features. Also, the update includes latest Android security patches (Patch level August 1, 2017).

The incremental Nougat OTA update (G610FDDU1BQH9) starts rolling out and it weighs around 1143MB. Since the OTA update is rolling out in phases, it will take few days to get the update across the devices. Note that your Galaxy J7 Prime SM-G610F should be on firmware version G610FDDU1AQF3 to install the OTA update.

1. Download G610FDDU1AQF3_ODD1AQG1_India_6.0.1 .ZIP from here to your PC and unzip it.

2. Download Odin tool (here), unzip it and run it on your PC.

3. Enable “USB Debugging” and “OEM Unlock” on your phone and then boot into ‘Download’ mode (use Home + Power + Volume Down together).

4. In Odin select AP and choose the firmware file (with .tar extension) and then click ‘Start’ button. Once the ‘Pass’ message is appeared in Odin, reboot your phone.

Now, go to Settings > About Phone > Software Update. You should get the Nougat update.
