It is a known fact that people can sleep better if they have some music playing while going to sleep. Personally, I sleep better, when I have some music on my phone, however, I do not like to leave the phone playing all night. Recently I found a solution for my Android phone, which let me automatically turn off music when I fall asleep.

The app called “Music Off” brings an automatic music off option to your Android Phone when you fall asleep. It uses phone’s accelerometer to monitor your body movement and determine when you are in a deep sleep.

Once it verifies your sleep, it will gradually turn down the volume on your music until it is silent. This option is available in the paid version of the app.

If you like to use the free version, you can use the timer function of the app to turn off music after a certain amount of time.

First, open up the Clock app and go to Timer. Then, choose how long you want your music to play, and then tap When Timer Ends.
