Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus have a dedicated Bixby button on the side of the device. Pressing on this button will launch Samsung’s AI assistant Bixby. If Bixby is not a feature for you, you can remap the Bixby button unofficially to launch other apps or settings of your choice. Bixby AI assistant is a good move from Samsung, but unfortunately it does not have much appreciation from users for various reasons. If it is not a feature for you and would like to customize Bixby button on your Galaxy S8 to launch any other apps or settings, check out the following four apps.

Note that Samsung will not like remapping the Bixby button on Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus, and frequently patched the software with an update to block the ability. However, still you can remap or customize the button using below given apps.

Note: There are several other similar apps on Play Store, but they are no longer up to date, so will not work with latest Galaxy S8 firmware update.
